Akanksha Singh is a computer engineer and entrepreneur based in Ahmedabad, India. She is worked as an Academic Associate at IIM Ahmedabad. Akanksha is passionate about various entrepreneurial ventures, including saffron farming and mushroom cultivation. She is working for her mushroom farming business under the name "Kulmush Udhyog." With a strong focus on sustainability, she aims to grow mushrooms organically, avoiding the use of plastic. Her interests extend beyond farming to tech-driven projects, such as drone technology and leveraging AI in traditional domains like Law and Humanities.
